TG CETs calendar 2026: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the full calendar for the Telangana Common Entrance Tests-2026 (TG CETs-2026). The schedule covers admissions into professional courses for the academic year 2026–27 and brings clarity for thousands of aspirants.If you are planning to appear for any state-level entrance test, this calendar helps you line up your preparation early. You can now see which exam comes first and how long the test window runs across Telangana.Exams to run from early May to JuneAccording to TGCHE officials, all computer-based tests (CBTs) will be conducted between May 4, 2026, and June 3, 2026. The examinations will be held at centres across Telangana. Different universities have been assigned the responsibility of conducting specific entrance tests.The TG EAPCET, which is one of the most awaited exams, will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. It will be held on May 4, 2026, and May 5, 2026, for Agriculture and Pharmacy streams. The Engineering stream exams are scheduled for May 9, 2026, May 10, 2026, and May 11, 2026.Key dates for education, management and law coursesThe TG EDCET for Bachelor of Education admissions will take place on May 12, 2026. Kakatiya University, Warangal, will conduct this test. For management aspirants, the TG ICET for MBA and MCA programmes is scheduled on May 13, 2026, and May 14, 2026. Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, will oversee the exam.Osmania University, Hyderabad, will conduct multiple tests. The TG ECET for lateral entry into engineering and pharmacy courses will be held on May 15, 2026. The TG LAWCET for three-year and five-year LLB courses is scheduled on May 18, 2026. On the same day, the TG PGLCET for LLM admissions will also be conducted.Postgraduate and physical education testsJNTU Hyderabad will conduct the TG PGECET for ME, MTech, MPharm and Pharm D (PB) courses from May 28, 2026, to May 31, 2026. The TG PECET for BPED and UGDPED programmes will be organised by Satavahana University from May 31, 2026, to June 3, 2026. TGCHE stated that detailed notifications on eligibility, application procedures and registration fees will be released separately by the respective CET conveners. The council has also asked electronic and print media to give wide publicity to the examination schedule.
