Mumbai: After a 24-year-old technician fell from the 10th floor of a Borivli apartment while fitting an AC and died. Police have registered an FIR against the owner and manager of the firm that he worked with. Cops said the accused did not take sufficient safety precautions to ensure the safety of the technician, Vivek Yadav. There was no safety net or grille and Yadav lost his balance. He suffered injuries to his head and legs and was rushed to a hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
