Dhanbad: A woman from the Patrakulhi area under Dhansar police station on Wednesday lodged a complaint against a neighbourhood youth, accusing him of secretly recording a video of her while she was bathing.In her written complaint submitted to the police, the woman alleged that the accused, along with a group of local boys, climbed near the ventilator of her bathroom and recorded the video without her consent. “The accused boy, along with others, captured my nude video from his mobile phone while I was taking a bath,” she said.The complainant further claimed that the boys were keeping a suspicious eye on her minor daughter as well, raising concerns about their intentions.Following the complaint, Dhansar police launched an investigation into the matter. “We received a written complaint and started verifying the allegations. Appropriate action will be taken based on the findings,” Manoj Pandey, officer in-charge of Dhansar police station, said.The incident sparked outrage in the local community, with residents demanding strict action against those involved. The police assured that the case would be thoroughly investigated, and if the charges were found to be true, legal action would follow.
