The Board of Directors of Belagavi-based Aequs Limited has conferred the title of co-founder of the aerospace company on Rajeev Kaul, who serves as its Managing Director, acknowledging his foundational contributions to Aequs’ growth and evolution since commencement of manufacturing operations.
“Rajeev has been a constant partner in building Aequs Limited, leading from the ground, navigating every operational challenge, and enabling the company’s long-term vision. Aequs Limited would not be what it is today without his contribution. It is my privilege to recognize him as the co-founder of Aequs Limited,” said Aravind Melligeri, founder and Executive Chairman and CEO.
According to the company, Rajeev Kaul has worked relentlessly to establish India’s first integrated aerospace manufacturing ecosystem. He has also contributed to the setting up of the Koppal Toy Cluster (KTC), and anchored the development of the Consumer Ecosystem at the Hubballi Durable Goods Cluster (HDC), particularly Aequs’ foray into the consumer electronics segment. Rajeev also serves on the boards of Aequs’ joint ventures.
