Celebrity MasterChef recently witnessed a family and friends week. Loved-ones of the contestants showed up on the show to support the contestants. For Tejasswi Prakash, her mother came in to support. They prepared a dish together that received good reviews from the judges and host. However, the best part was when Farah Khan asked Tejasswi Prakash about her daughter’s wedding. And her mother dropped the bomb!
It is known to all that Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra have going rock steady since Bigg Boss 15. It has been a few years that they have been in a steady relationship. Even on Celebrity MasterChef, Karan Kundrra had sent a sweet video motivating Tejasswi Prakash. Now, that the actress’ mother appeared on the, Farah Khan asked her about Tejasswi Prakash’ wedding. She was asked what is the plan and the actress’ mother stated that it will happen this year. Tejasswi’ jaw dropped to the floor over this massive revelation. Farah further also teased, “Ladke ka naam ‘Karan’ hogaya hai na?” To this, her mother replied in a ‘yes’. Tejasswi when completely shocked and stunned over the comment made by her mother. All the contestants went clapping and cheering.

Throughout the episode, Tejasswi Prakash’ mother also shared stories of how the family sailed through the tough times. Tejasswi remembered how her mother did odd jobs when the family needed money. She revealed that her mother used to go door-to-door to sell Insurance policy and kitchen-wear. They received a huge compliment from Farah Khan who said – ‘Strong women, raise strong daughters.’ That’s so true!
