Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) received two awards at the 11th annual Greentech CSR Awards 2025 held at New Delhi, in recognition of VPA’s initiatives in the categories of healthcare promotion and skill development.
Under healthcare promotion, VPA’s initiatives comprise financial assistance for free evening medical clinics, support for construction of environmental management facilities at Lions Cancer & General Hospital, funding for midday meals for students in unaided schools.
Under the skill development category, VPA was lauded for empowering local youth in securing jobs at various MNCs.
