Speeding bike injures retired govt staffer in Vasant Vihar | Delhi News – The Times of India


New Delhi: A 60-year-old retired govt employee was injured in his head and legs after being allegedly hit by a speeding bike coming from the wrong side in southwest Delhi’s Vasant Vihar last week. The biker has been apprehended. The injured man is a resident of Najafgarh area of southwest Delhi. The incident took place around 4 pm on Dec 27 at the Vasant Vihar depot bus stop. The senior citizen told cops that he was getting off the bus when a speeding motorcycle came from the wrong side of Shiva Camp Petrol Pump and hit him. He claimed that the motorcyclist then fled from the spot.The biker was apprehended on Tuesday . The bike has been seized. tnn
